1. The editorial board resolves on article’s approval (or rejection).
  2. The editorial board is obliged to inform the author about the article’s adoption or to send it back to the author with a reasonable refusal based on the decision of the editorial board.
  3. If it is necessary, the editorial board sends articles for improving.
  4. In case of the author’s protestation against the decision of the editorial board, the latter one considers the article for the second time (previously submitting it for additional reviewing) at the meeting.
  5. If there is a discrepancy among the members of the editorial board regarding the publication of a particular article, the issue is resolved by a majority of votes. In the case of the same number of votes, the voice of the chief editor is decisive.
